This is an early, basic version of these Terms.
WagOne is currently a small, invite-driven friends-and-family beta. These Terms are meant to set reasonable expectations for that group — they are not comprehensive legal coverage and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Before any wider public release, these Terms should be properly drafted and reviewed by a qualified professional.
1. Sandbox only — no real money
Everything in WagOne today runs on play-money "Sandbox" tokens. Sandbox tokens have no monetary value, cannot be bought, cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or anything of value, and cannot be transferred outside the app. Winning a league or a Quick Game only changes your Sandbox token balance inside WagOne — nothing more. A real-money "Live" mode is planned for a future date but is not available and is not enabled anywhere in the app today.
2. This is an early / beta product
WagOne is under active development. Features may change, break, be removed, or behave unexpectedly with no notice. We don't guarantee the app will be available at any particular time, that your data or Sandbox balance will be preserved indefinitely, or that it's free of bugs. The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
3. Your account
You sign in with a phone number, which we use to verify it's really you logging in each time. You're responsible for keeping access to that number. Accounts are personal — please don't create fake accounts to play against yourself or otherwise try to manipulate outcomes; we do run automated checks for this and may flag or restrict accounts that trip them.
4. Acceptable use
Play fairly, don't try to exploit bugs for an unfair advantage, and don't use the app to harass other players. We may suspend or ban an account that abuses the platform. Suspending or banning an account only affects that account's ability to create or join new games going forward — it does not undo anything already settled.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms as the app changes. Continuing to use WagOne after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
